Line cook, full time or part time, griddle and broiler, fryer, sauté and pizza. Operation in large, fast pace restaurant. Must work nights and weekends. Responsible for setup, cleanup and prep of stations. Responsible for closing kitchen, sweeping and mopping, garbage removal. Must a good team player. Close to public transportation, CTA blue line to 85A, Pace, Niles bus. Bus transportation limited at night.
We are looking for motivated energetic, outgoing and a love to work with people. Have to love the hospitality business and the hours! Work full time including weekends and holidays. Experience necessary.
